Procurement Act 2023 - Template updates…

For those following our posts on the pending ‘go live’ date of the Procurement Act 2023, there has been some movement from both the Government Commercial Function and the devolved administration in Wales.

The Welsh Government has published four templates: (1) Pre-Procurement checklist, (2) ‘Most Advantageous’ summary template, (3) ‘Assessed Tender’ assessment template, and (4)‘Direct Award Justification Report’ template. All of the documents can be found here
